A Court authorized Notice of a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit.
A lawsuit was brought on behalf of purchasers of HashFlare LP’s lifetime cryptocurrency mining contracts. The lawsuit alleges that HashFlare LP (the “Defendant”) fraudulently marketed and sold its lifetime mining contracts and breached those contacts by cutting short the contracts’ terms. The Defendant has denied any wrongdoing. The parties reached this Settlement before the Court made a determination about whether the law had been broken.
Defendant will pay a total of $225,000 under the Settlement, to be distributed to Settlement Class Members, Class Representatives, and for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, in exchange for a Release of Claims.

|YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT:|
|Do Nothing||You will receive a check if you suffered damages and if the Court approves this Settlement, but you will give up your rights to sue the Defendant over the matters being resolved by this Settlement.|
|Exclude Yourself||This is the only option that allows you to bring your own case or be part of any other lawsuit or legal action against the Defendant about the matters being resolved in this Settlement. However, you will not receive any payment in this Settlement.|
|Object||If you do not exclude yourself, you may write to the Court about why you object to the Settlement.|
|Go to a Hearing||You may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement. You may not speak if you exclude yourself from the Settlement.|
